Finance Manager

Kforce's client in the Franksville, WI area is looking for a Finance Manager. This position is responsible for the Treasury and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions including treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The Finance Manager prepares internal and external financial reporting and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to communicate business performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of relevant Accounting, Finance, Treasury and FP&A experience
• Demonstrated track record in building and/or upgrading treasury and financial planning operations capabilities through process improvement, standardization and simplification
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
